Humble Beginnings
It all started in April 1986, when Gloria and Jose Fuentes worked at a small Salvadorian eatery in the Oak Cliff neighborhood of Dallas owned by Gloria’s sister.

A Passionate Partnership
As fate would have it, Gloria’s sister decided to give up on her restaurant, providing Gloria and Jose the perfect opportunity to turn their passion of cooking and Salvadorian cuisine into a life-long career.
