Four decades of hand-pressed traditions and family secrets.

Tamales
Our Salvadoran tamales are hand-made and wrapped in banana leaves, giving them their signature flavor. Each one is gently seasoned and filled with tender chicken and potatoes.

Pupusas
A Salvadoran favorite! These hand-made corn tortillas are stuffed with cheese, pork or both. Served with savory curtido for that authentic flavor.

Carne Asada
Grilled to perfection and bringing bold Latin flavor to the table. Served with Spanish rice, black beans, fried plantain, yuca, and chimichurri, it’s the comfort dish everyone loves.
“Provecho” is more than wishing you a good meal...it’s our way of inviting you to share in the spirit of family, food and connection that’s at the heart of everything we do.
It all began long before 1986, in the kitchens of El Salvador where Gloria learned that food is love made visible. When she brought her family's recipes to Texas, she carried more than ingredients...she carried the dreams of generations!
Today, along with Jose and her daughters Glenda and Nancy, they continue their family traditions, ensuring that when you taste our food, you experience our history, our culture and our promise that you'll always have a place at our table. Provecho!

"I tell you, the main ingredient is when we cook with the heart."
