31 Wonderful Years as Gloria's

It's incredible to think about it - but 31 years ago today, we registered Gloria's at the Dallas County Clerk's office. 31 years! What started as just a simple restaurant in Oak Cliff has since grown into 18 locations across Texas (with two more coming this year!)

Fish with a Latin Flare

We love fish. It's such a staple part of our culture, yet often overlooked by many when they think of Latin cuisine. However, that's never phased us. For years, we've brought you some amazing seafood dishes, from the perfection seen in Pescado a la Gloria (Pan seared tilapia topped with shrimp, scallops, red snapper and mussels in a seasoned broth) to even our Salmon Costeno (Grilled, marinated salmon served with gallo pinto, sautéed vegetables and fried plantain).

Gloria's is coming to San Antonio: Spring 2017

We've often heard that San Antonio would be a wonderful spot for Gloria's. It's hard to deny this: it's a city rich in cultural history and perfectly embodies diversity. Prior to this, of course, there was only one thing it was missing: Gloria's Latin Cuisine.
